ARTISTS | JEAN ALEXANDER FRATER + KRISTA SVALBONAS + PAMELA STAKER
Matthew Rachman Gallery is pleased to announce its first event of 2016, "Tangent Planes," a pop-up exhibition featuring artwork from Chicago artists Jean Alexander Frater, Krista Svalbonas, and Pamela Staker, curated by Justine Salva. The gallery will host an opening reception Friday, January 29 from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM, at which the artists will be in attendance.
"Tangent Planes" is a collection of works ranging in medium that address the idea of abstracted perspectives and fractured interpretation; the idea of what once existed, the reaction to what has become, and the synergy between the two.
The exhibition will run January 29 - February 7, 2016.
