If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we promise to work with you to make things right. Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase immediately. Free shipping and installation offered throughout the Chicagoland area. White glove delivery service and standard parcel shipping offered throughout the United States of America. For shipping outside of the United States of America, please, contact gallery directly at email@example.com. Standard parcel shipping and white glove delivery service charges are nonrefundable.
RETURNS + REFUNDS
If you wish to return and refund an item purchased at Matthew Rachman Gallery, please note that all returns and refunds are charged a ten (10) percent restocking fee from the sale price of the product. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and outbound delivery charges. All returns must be received in original condition within thirty (30) days from date of purchase. Orders paid by credit card will receive funds back in the form of a credit to their original account. Orders paid by cash or check will receive funds back in the form of a refund check. Refunds can also be received in the form of Gallery credit. Standard shipping and white glove delivery service charges are nonrefundable.
Please be aware that products are susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care in packing each shipment so that it arrives safely. Unfortunately, life can occasionally get in the way and products may be damaged during shipping. In the case of product damage, please be sure to retain the original packing materials for the products’ return to Matthew Rachman Gallery.
